Shipping Policy

All the products shall be shipped within 3 days of ordering. The courier or shipping partner shall be truly upon our discretion. You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Products ordered through our website will not be returned or exchanged. Any such requests shall be discussed over at our end and it shall be our decision regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to cancel the products before they are submitted to shipping. Products once shipped shall not be eligible to cancellation

Products

All the products listed on our website are as per the information provided by the owner and it’s subsidiaries. All of the information is true to our knowledge. The accuracy of measurements including the weight of our products or proportion of ingredients may vary or differ to a slight bit mainly due to human and machine error. Any significant error must be reported immediately and not after any amount of use. We ensure that all our products are carefully measured and packed before delivery, chances of having a major error is highly unlikely.

All our products are provided on ‘as-is’ basis without any sort of warranty on the product itself or its life. It’s advised to understand the ‘how to’ and follow the best before date regarding your purchase.

You acknowledge by using this website that your use of our products come at your sole risk. Any damages personal or otherwise associated with the products that may occur, is not our responsibility. Café Handcrafted or any of its subsidiaries shall not be accountable of any damages or grievances happening to you through the use of this website or its services.

Products listed on our website are subjected to stock availability. Products may be added or removed based on current availability. Café Handcrafted and its subsidiaries shall not be held accountable for service or delivery delay caused due to inventory-website updation delay or modification of product availability or details.

Purchases

Your purchases on our website goes through a secure payment gateway. Any failure in transaction or debit shall be accounted to the third party gateway and we are not at fault or blame in any such incidence. We may try to guide you with the proceedings of this issue if the payment gateway and your bank do not automatically settle it in 48 hours.

In case of failure of receipt generation or receivables, you must inform us at the earliest so that we could determine if it’s an error at our end or by the third party gateway.

Menu Conditions

1. Items listed on the menu are subject to change and are under the discretion of Cafe Handcrafted management.

2. Offers & Discounts are applicable only on menu items and are subject to expire on the mentioned date or within 3 days of launch if end date is not mentioned.

3. Seasonal/Special Menu items are not included in offers or loyalty card redemption. 

4. Loyalty card redemption amount is capped to the cost of a regular cappuccino. Any amount of the drink presented for redemption above the permissible amount must be beared by the customer.

5. Items listed on the menu are subject to availability of raw ingredients, ocassional unavailability of certain ingredients can cause certain menu items to be cancelled. Cafe Handcrafted can refuse to serve such items with or without reason.
